Refund policy
We hope you're thrilled with all your new luxurious items. We understand sometimes things don't work out, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can rectify the situation. We will gladly accept returns for refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Credit will be applied for the price of the items purchased but will not include any return shipping and handling charges. We will email you once your return has been processed in full to confirm completion.
We stand firm on our return policy. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your items are damaged or defective or you have received the wrong items, please contact us within 2 business days so we can remedy the situation.
Amelia K. Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of pet hair, odor and stain free, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original boxed packaging. Handbags and Weekender bags must be unused with original packaging intact. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging, note that all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at inquiries@ameliakluxe.com and include pictures of the damaged article.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, undergarments, earrings, hats or gift cards.
Exchanges
As we are a small business with limited stock, the best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will email you to let you know we've completed your return.
